Ukusetshenziswa okunconyiwe

I-1.Isetshenziswa njengesendlalelo esimaphakathi kanye nokuvala uphawu kwamapende aphikisana nokugqwala afana ne-epoxy zinc-rich rich primer kanye ne-inorganic zinc-rich primer ukuze kuthuthukiswe umgoqo kanye nezakhiwo zokuvikela zayo yonke i-coating.
I-2.Isetshenziswa njenge-antirust primer yezakhiwo zensimbi.

Ingaphezulu eline-primer eboshwe:Hlanza futhi wome ngaphandle kukasawoti we-zinc nokungcola.
Thinta phezulu:Susa amafutha phezulu bese ususa usawoti nokunye ukungcola.Kungcono ukusebenzisa ukuhlanza ukuqhuma ukususa ukugqwala nezinye izinto ezixekethile.Sebenzisa ithuluzi lamandla ukupholisha indawo yokugqwala, futhi uphinde uvale le nto.

Kuyasebenza Futhi Ukwelapha

1.Izinga lokushisa lendawo ezungezile kufanele libe ukusuka ku-5℃ ukuya ku-35℃, umswakama womoya ohlobene akufanele ube ngaphezu kuka-80%.
2.Izinga lokushisa le-substrate ngesikhathi sokufakwa kanye nokwelapha kufanele libe ngu-3℃ ngaphezu kwendawo yamazolo.
3.Ukufaka isicelo sangaphandle akuvunyelwe esimweni sezulu esibi njengemvula, inkungu, iqhwa, umoya onamandla nothuli olunzima.

Izinhlelo zokusebenza

● Izinga lokushisa lendawo ezungezile kufanele libe ukusuka ku-5℃ ukuya ku-38℃, umswakama womoya ohlobene akufanele ube ngaphezu kwama-85%.
● Izinga lokushisa elingaphansi komhlaba ngesikhathi sokufakwa kanye nokwelapha kufanele libe ngu-3℃ ngaphezu kwendawo yamazolo.
● Ukusetshenziswa kwangaphandle akuvunyelwe esimweni sezulu esibi njengemvula, inkungu, iqhwa, umoya onamandla nothuli olunzima.
● Uma izinga lokushisa le-Ambient liku-5~5℃, kufanele kusetshenziswe imikhiqizo yokwelapha epholile ephansi noma kufanele kuthathwe ezinye izinyathelo ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuphulukiswa okuvamile kwefilimu kapende.
